Dr. Santa Ines and the staff at this location are great. They took their time, made sure to get things right, and genuinely seemed to want to help. They do a great job! The location is also very well decorated and was quiet and clean. I had a great experience here.

From phone call to front desk to nurse to doctor…everything is outstanding. Everyone is friendly, professional & helpful. Whether it’s Dr. Patel or a PA, they make you feel at ease, they listen intently to your issues, explain in detail everything & answer all your questions. They never rush you. Dr. Patel is my primary doctor bc I like him (and everyone else) so much. It’s a bonus that their hours extend into the evening and open on Sat & Sun. Plus you can make same day appts; yet I’ve never had too long of a wait when I walk in. You can be in & out within 20-30 min. A few times one of my 3 boys needed x-days. And we’ve gotten out within 1 hr max. Love this place & the whole staff!!

Mike is the best doctor I've spoken to in my life. If Mike is there he is the most informed and down to earth person. Clearly wanted to listen to me, inform me of options, help me keep my health up in the future, but get me out of there with meds to help me feel better. The amount of doctors that don't listen so you leave for another week to come back. I get impetigo from wrestling and have had doctors turn me away for me to just have to go back two days later when it's worse and harder to get rid of. I'm blown away.

I went to Physicians Express Friday Dec 22 feeling very, very sick. The receptionist was prompt and very kind. The nurse was also prompt and very kind. Michael Graf PA=Rockstar!!! He was kind and professional and gave me all I needed for my Bronchitis! I slept for 2 days and he saved my life! And my Christmas! Thank you so much to all of you!

Very happy with Physicians Express and the care I have received here. Have gotten all my covid shots + booster as well as been seen for several sinus infections. Always have quick attentive care, open appointments and low wait time. Nurses and staff are excellent. Cannot recommend enough!

Took my dad in to get his ears cleaned (wax removed) and they got us in immediately. No problems with the insurance or signing all the documents. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Could not be happier.
